As a boutique consulting firm, we have the flexibility to provide you with highly trained, skilled, and experienced industry experts, which enables us to "hit the ground running" with your project.   Compare us to the larger consulting firms....Will you be assigned an entry level consultant to complete certain tasks?  Not at AMS.  We consider that a waste of your time and resources, especially since the average rate we charge to our clients is comparable to what the other firms will charge you for a junior consultant!  Will you be quoted an hourly rate that is "blended"?  Not at AMS.  We consider that "averaging down" the tiered rates charged for a project to soften the impact of the $200 (or more) per hour fee charged by the engagement principal.
